Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Mosaic Crochet Summit. I am so excited to team up with you to pull of this incredible event for our crochet community!
The Mosaic Crochet Community is a 3-day event that will help crocheters around the world learn and build confidence in the mosaic crochet technique.

How it will work
The Mosaic Crochet Summit will run from September 22-24, 2026
Presentations will include 15-20 minutes of content
(with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).
While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to attend their presentation time live to interact with attendees in the chatbox. Then go live on a Zoom Call for a 15 minute live Q&A session.
Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA. (If you need to outsource some promo to us, we have an option for you!)
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Mosaic Mastery Toolkit. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, as well as bonuses from the speakers and sponsors. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!
Wait... If the summit is free, how will you make money?
The Mosaic Summit is free to attend, but attendees have the option to upgrade their experience. After securing their free ticket, they can choose to purchase from two tiers of upsells: The All-Access Pass (summit session replays and live events) or the Mosaic Mastery Toolkit (everything in the All-Access Pass plus additional bonuses contributed by speakers and marketing partners).
As a speaker, you’ll register as an affiliate. Then, when you promote the summit using your unique affiliate link, you’ll earn a 40% commission on every sale made through your referral—plus, enjoy a higher, 50% commission rate if you contribute to the bundle!
The All-Access Pass and Mosaic Mastery Toolkit are offered using a three-tier pricing structure:
- Fast Action Price: Available for 30 minutes immediately upon registration.
- Early Bird Price: Offered during the promotional period, ending the night before the summit begins.
- Regular Price: Available throughout the summit and until Monday, September 28.

What I'll ask of you
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!
1. Basic Information
The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. Presentation
Next up is your presentation!
This is a 15-20ish minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something that they need to buy from you asap.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
- Slides
- No slides (just your gorgeous face talking to the camera)
- A mixture of the two
- Tutorial of just your hands
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:
A quick introduction
An overview of your topic
Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
Teaching section
Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch
Include questions for attendees to answer in the chat box throughout to boost engagement

3. The Mosaic Mastery Toolkit Contribution
The Mosaic Mastery Toolkit will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add.
This includes things like:
Crochet Pattern Bundles
Workbooks
Courses (big or small)
1-month memberships
eBooks
Bonus must cost a minimum of $25, and reflect the price on the checkoutpage.
- We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.
Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get an increase to 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.
Information for these resources is due on July 22nd. You’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.
Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens.
4. Promotion
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on September 7.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any Mosaic Mastery Toolkit sales (50% if you’ve contributed a premium bonus).

5. Live Participation
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!
All I ask is that you:
- Do a Live Q&A in the Zoom link on your presentation day
- Participate in a live speaker panel
- Answer questions about your presentation in the Facebook Group

Guaranteed $100 speaker stipend
Affiliate commissions of 40 – 50% on summit upgrades and 20% commission on any other bumps or upsells.
Speaker Bonus Pool – 5% of summit profits will be set aside and distributed among speakers who: send at least 2 summit-specific emails to their list and post at least 2 social media posts linking to the registration page (with your affiliate link). This bonus is performance and contribution-based and the amount distributed depends on the gross profits of the upgraded summit registrations and the number of eligible speakers.

Affiliate Details
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All-Access Pass and the Mosaic Makers Toolkit where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by October 10th.
The commission structure is as follows:
- 40% for all speakers
- 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus
The All Access Pass and the Toolkit are offered using a three-tier pricing structure:

- Early Bird Price: Offered during the promotional period ending Monday September 21st

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
