These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Mosaic Crochet Summit, hosted by Juniper & Oakes. By registering for or accessing the summit, you agree to comply with these terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for or purchase access to the Mosaic Crochet Summit.

  1. Ticket Types & Access

Free Ticket holders receive:

  • 48-hour access to daily video presentations after they go live
  • Access to the Crochet Collective community on Mighty Networks
  • A printable Bingo Card for summit engagement

All-Access Pass holders receive:

  • All of the above benefits
  • Extended (“lifetime”) access to presentation replays

Mosaic Mastery Toolkit purchasers receive:

  • All of the above benefits
  • Access to exclusive live Zoom events including Sip & Stitch, Show & Tell, and Homework Help sessions
  • Access to premium bonuses provided by summit speakers
  1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the summit content and bonus materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

  1. Use of Content

All summit content, including videos, bonuses, downloads, and materials, are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any of the content. If you enjoy the summit, please share the official summit registration link with your crochet friends.

To keep our community safe and welcoming:

  • Be respectful and kind in all communications
  • No spam or self-promotion in the Crochet Collective community
  • Read the FAQs before asking questions in the community
  • During Zoom calls, please keep audio muted unless invited to speak
  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content shared by Juniper & Oakes or summit speakers is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any of the summit content or speaker bonuses. All materials are intended for your individual, personal use only.

“Mosaic Crochet Summit,” the Juniper & Oakes name and logo, and related branding are trademarks of Juniper & Oakes. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

  1. Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to change the summit schedule, speaker lineup, or availability of content at any time. While we aim to provide a seamless experience, unforeseen circumstances may lead to adjustments.

  1. Hosting Platform

The Mosaic Crochet Summit is hosted on our official website (built on WordPress) and through the Crochet Collective community on Mighty Networks, with live Q&A delivered via Zoom and presentation videos delivered via Vimeo. Paid content (All-Access Pass and Mosaic Mastery Toolkit) is delivered via the website, ThriveCart, and Mighty Networks.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Mosaic Crochet Summit and all related content, bonuses, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the summit will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results (such as skill improvement or project outcomes) will be achieved. Crochet techniques taught during the summit are for educational and creative purposes only and are not a substitute for professional guidance where relevant (for example, ergonomic or health-related content is general in nature and not medical advice).

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juniper & Oakes and Erin Toews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in or purchase of the Mosaic Crochet Summit, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your participation in the summit shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to participate.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juniper & Oakes and Erin Toews from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of summit content.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the summit or its content, without refund, if we determine you have violated these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or resale of content.

  1. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program for approved partners. Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising laws and FTC disclosure requirements when sharing affiliate links.

  1. Email Sharing with Presenters

By registering for the Mosaic Crochet Summit, you acknowledge that your email address will remain private unless you explicitly opt in to receive additional content from individual speakers. This may include signing up to receive a freebie or accessing premium bonuses inside the Mosaic Mastery Toolkit.

In such cases, your email address will be shared only with the specific speaker(s) whose content you opted into, and it will be used solely for the delivery of that content and relevant communications. You can unsubscribe from their list at any time.

  1. Sponsor Disclosure

This event may be sponsored in part by third-party companies or brands. Some links or mentions within the summit may be sponsored or affiliated. We will always do our best to disclose these relationships clearly.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the summit shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Blount County, Tennessee, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in or access to the summit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
